CDW History

Foreseeing the preeminence of data warehousing, Tom Coffing Jr. established Coffing Data Warehousing in 1993.

Initially Tom single-handedly taught and consulted, both in Europe and the United States, at many of the largest data warehouse sites in the world. He also served as a guest columnist for Data Management Review under the banner of "Teradata Territory". He soon realized the potential behind a full-service consulting firm and began recruiting experts for his team.

Over the past the 12 years, CDW has become the premier data warehousing consulting and training firm. The company has experienced double digit growth annually for the past four years and has added world-class consulting services and industry-leading products to it already stellar reputation.

Focusing on product development for the day-to-day challenges of Data Warehousing, CDW has developed the MetaCensus Suite of tools comprising of four different industry re-defining products.
