The DW Forum - Terms of Agreement
The DW Forum is designed to provide an arena for both IT and business professionals to discuss and explore the infinite possibilities of Data Warehousing. To that end, The DW Forum is built upon mutual understanding and charity. All participants are expected to conduct themselves as professionals.
Coffing Data Warehousing (CDW) desires smooth and considerate operation of the forum, but realizes that some people will accidentally and intentionally take advantage of the forum. For this reason we have developed Terms of Agreement that guide and bind ALL members who register and/or use the forum or list serve.
Unacceptable Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and possible revocation of membership
Flaming – any insulting, derogatory remarks, or bickering diminishes the professionalism of the entire forum and will not be tolerated. To reiterate, this forum is built on charity and professionalism.
Unprofessional behavior – Foul language and poor/degrading communications will be identified and acted upon. CDW reserves the right to censor or remove any material it deems as unprofessional.
Spamming – unrelated, irrelevant, unwanted or duplicate posts to the forum or list serve will be considered spam and will merit corrective action. (see below for additional rules regarding commercial solicitations)
Viruses – any viruses, worm or derivative thereof sent to the forum or list serve, intended or inadvertent, will be considered an attack against CDW and the members of the forum. CDW is not responsible for such attacks and cannot be held liable for such.
Coffing Data Warehousing reserves the unilateral right to deem and determine inappropriate and/or unacceptable behavior. To this extent, CDW also reserves the right to revoke any and all privileges of the offending party(s) and remove offensive or infringing material.
Solicitations and other Commercial Communications
CDW vehemently discourages any solicitation or post to the forum or list serve that is commercial in nature. If you must send such material via The DW Forum, please contact Coffing Data Warehousing at cdwsales@coffingdw.com or administrator@CoffingDW.com to negotiate terms of payment and seek approval.
All commercial solicitations that do not gain prior consent and approval will be assessed a mandatory $1.00 charge per forum member – with a minimum charge of $400 (USD).
These charges will be considered billable upon commit and Coffing Data Warehousing reserves the right to collect payments due through traditional means, including collection agencies.

By entering and/or otherwise using The DW Forum, you are agreeing to the above Terms of Agreement. You are also bound by our Privacy statement described above and the Disclaimer. These Terms of Agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and Coffing Data Warehousing with respect to your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms of Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect. You acknowledge that, in providing you access to and use of the Site, Coffing Data Warehousing has relied on your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
