1) The version number of the Nexus build you are using.
     It can be found on the startup screen or by selecting about from the help menu.
2) Bug details (if a bug) and steps to recreate the bug
3) Teradata (i.e. V2R5.1)/Netezza (i.e. 3.0.x)/DATAllegro/Oracle (i.e. 10g)/DB2 (i.e. 9.x)/SQL Server (i.e. 2005)/Greenplum version number
4) Connection method (ODBC - the default, OLE DB, .NET Data Provider)
